Ok, I just measured my lower crank pulley and it is about 8 7/8" in diameter. My upper KB pully is exactly 3 1/2". What kind of boost should I be making?

Well the lower sounds like a 4lber (8.75), the upper being a 3.5 incher your are only making 11/12psi of boost I would imagine.

Do you have a boost gauge?

Bob

Yep...thats about right. You are not making much boost with that pulley ratio.

Drop on a 3.25 upper and get about 14/15psi

OR

Like me ----> not recommended but extremely fun

Put a 9" lower and a 3" upper on it, get it tuned and HOLD ON!!!!!!
