Xenarcs
Xenarcs
So I'm looking into getting full HID lights for my 2000L and was wondering all of what I need. I would like to have the clear headlights and fog lights like the newer lightnings do and want to have HIDs for my high beams and reguar driving lights. I have seen on suvlights.com that there are two kits and was wondering if i need both or just one. THere is an upgrade kit and a low beam kit. Can anyone help me as to figure out what i need for the head lights and the fog lights. Also, where is a good place for the clear corners. Thanks for your help.

Headlights, just get the Sylvania Xenarcs. Problem solved
they are
1) clear
2) low beam HID's
3) High beam Silver-stars
4) plugs right into factory wireing and harness, with additional power supply
5) built in balast (so dont have to mount somewhere else)
Fog lights, I am not sure on.
I've got the Sylvania Xenarcs, and love them. Would never go back to normal lights again.

The kit comes complete with the headlamp assembly, wiring harness and instructions.
Simple install, should take you a half-hour tops.
But, be sure to carefully inspect the lights once you have them. One of mine was missing one of the adjuster screws. Luckily, you can swap one from the original headlight assembly (they are IDENTICAL because Visteon makes both assemblies, OEM and Xenarc) and Sylvania was good about sending me a replacement. Got it the next day via FedEx.
$399 + tax at the Sylvania web site, and that includes FedEx 2 day delivery.
I looked for several days on-line and could not find a better price than direct from Sylvania.

Thanks for the help. Im getting sick of tha look on the earlier lightnings head lights, I love the newer ones clear lights. It makes it look so much cleaner. So ill order those headlights, and get the mustang fogs, and find some clear coners, and ill be set. Thanks again
