brake lights
First thing to try is be a little clearer.
OK, lets start out with assumptions..... brake lights don't work..... fuses do work....
Brake light switch? That may be what I'm about to talk about, but my brakes went out and my brake sensor gave out. Little peice on the brake pedal that was not as expensive as I assumed it would be. A somewhat common problem, atleast it happened to me, and to someone I know. It's the sensor that tells if you are braking.
So, if the lights still light up when your parking lights are on, but don't brighten when the brakes are hit, try doing a search for the part number for the brake sensor. Can't remember exactly, but somewhere between 10-30 bucks. Pretty easy install, just a cotter pin, and placing everything right.
If this is not the problem, try being a little more clear. Bit I'm betting on the brake sensor.

i have a 93 lightning the rear signal lights work, the back up lights work, the tail lights work, but when i hit the brake nothing, found this out when i went for inspection.i have checked the bulbs, the switch and all fuses every thing seems to be working except no brake lights any imput will be greatly appricated..
You need to see if you have voltage leaving the switch when you hit the brakes, if you have it there and not at the light there is a open wire between the two spots.
You may have a ground problem, you can jump the switch out and send power to the lights to see if they work to.
