For you guys running a 2.60" upper (especially for the Eaton), I am wondering about a few things:
1) Are you gettting or have you ever had any belt slip with the 2.6? Is it a non-slip type pulley? Do you have the additional idler pulley installed?
2) How much boost over stock size upper pulley did you see with the addition of this 2.60? What lower pulley are you running with it?
3) How much did you grind off the Eaton to get it to fit... any pics?
Thanks for any info.

I have a 2.6 upper on my truck with the stock lower and an Eaton. It's not the interchangeable type like you can get from SFPH. I have never had a problem with belt slipage even before I got a Metco Idler kit last month.....I got it for "looks". According to "Rob" the 2.6 is a 4# pulley but I couldn't tell you how much boost I'm actually getting with the stock guage. I do know that it pegs the guage though and performs well enough. No dyno! Or, racing here either so I can't give you any numbers.

hope this helps..
I have a 2.6 upper from JLP. No grinding necessary.
With it, and a 4 pound lower, I see 16 pounds of boost on my autometer electronic boost gauge.
However, it is a total pain in the a s s to get an upper pulley on and off, unless you go with the interchangleable type.
Good luck.
