I think your making the right move. Its the next step in the process plus who wants to get stranded hundreds of miles away

very nice
it really is the way to go if your gona run hard, that and you can tow the truck to the track with only a 1/4 tank of gas instead of doing laps the night before the race

Hey Vin, now that you have a trailer, do you think you'll get into the 10's?

Good Luck Vinnie. When you have a super Fast Truck you need to Tow them to the Track just in Case Something Breaks. I told my Wife the same thing No More Mods Hun!
Then I got a Trailer & than I got Something to Tow it With. It just Never stops.

Vinnie,
That is the only way to go my friend..
I thought that trailer looked familiar,

It will make you a great trailer until you need to move up to a nice enclosed one.. haha
I went and registered the V today and took it out of storage. Just got home from a little ride and am loving the car so far..

I know before you say it, I am to old for Vanity plates.. lol But I hope I never grow up..
I am thinking about taking it to Watkins Glenn for a 2 day track event in May. If I go, I think it will be a blast out there and get a chance to try something different..
Good luck this year racing, have a great time and kick Rob's A$$.. lol

Vin, there's nothing to be ashamed of. When you try to move 5000lbs like we do, things break. It's just a fact of life. Nobody wants to be 1000 miles from home looking for a flatbed and a $1000 tow bill. It's a smart move.

Well Vinnie,
I guess it has to happen sooner or later. The new setup looks nice, and just the piece of mind knowing you have a way home no matter what has to be worth it, so no more babying it at the track, LOL
now get busy and get a matching paint job you have a reputation to keep
What happens when the tow vehicle spits out a plug>???

Nice setup Vinnie. You gonna be at the SuperStallions event next month>??? It will be nice not having to push your azz into the trailer this time! I think you have a socket of mine from way back at JDM Day. HaHa!

Bill how do you like that CTS-V>??? They have been really catching my attention as of late. Maybe I'll ditch my tow vehicle for one, Vinnie can give me a ride if anything happens. -Mat-

Thanks for the push.
I am sure I have that socket somewhere. If not you know I am good for it. I think it was a 3/4 .

I doubt I'll be at Cecil. With the cage now I can run whenever I want and the way this winter has been I have only gotten 3 runs (all in Florida).
I still have the Nitrous to hook -up and then whenever Jim wants the L for the 4-valve.
Also working on getting the garage built and the lift in it.
Just a lot going on and not enough time
Also its the Swap meet at E-town that weekend and I hate missing that.
But you never know.

VINNIE

Mat,
I love it so far, haven't driven it much yet. I bought it in January drove it for 2 days and got 116 miles on her. Then I put her up but I have been getting spring fever with all the snow melting and I had to take her out last night. Now she is closing in on the 200 mile mark. I loved driving it last night with the new exhaust on, she sounds good and I think it is going to make a fun car. So go get one, you will love it too

Bill
