I got the info, and was asked to post my info here.

I have a thread in gregg's forum on NLOC with my info, and my problem.

Look at the top row of icons there is one on the upper right hand corner that say's supporting vendores click on that and scroll untill you see the factory tech logo you can contact gregg there.
