need help.....

Hey guys,

I have an 01 with a few mods. Mostly nickle and dime stuff. I'm trying to stick with mostly one manufacturer (Kenne Bell). Chip, upper and lower pullies, Throttle body, ect.... I just put on a lower pulley which brings me to 16 psi on the Eaton. Is anyone else running that much on an Eaton? The track run today went great and the truck turned an 8.20 @ 92 mph on a 1/8 mile run on the factory tires. I was told that the SC should never exceed 18,000 revs. With this pulley set up its turning 17,500 at shift. Can the Eaton survive this much boost?

One more thing, I want to put on a set of drag radials. I would like to get the BF Goodrich G-Force on an extra set of factory rims. Has anyone run the tires and if so what size? The 295/35's wont fit a 9.5 inch rim. OR will they???

This might help you out. These aren't precise, but they are close.

You can plug in your numbers and watch the values change.

Also this is for the STOCK EATON, not the ported eaton

Most here will probably recommend Nitto 555 Drag Radials. 305/45 -18. I've got them, and they hook great on the street when it's warm out.
