Pretty cool that you could pass the tailpipe sniffer with cams
Congrats Gator...
I've been driving my truck EVERY day since I got it back from JDM back in December.
no problems with the motor or the installation!
good luck this year.

I'm also interested in how much boost you were running to get those #'s.Steve
That much power out of a daily driver and emissions legal is very impressive. Like any business starting off I have read about some hicups in the past but looks like all the top tuners are really producing some nice work lately. Congratulations to all!
Bruce, Very nice-passing emissions on a built motor with cams, I agree with race tested-making that much power on a street motor and still legal is just awesome.
good luck with the new combo, Todd

JDM Has built me a motor that will develope the horsepower with only 1100 miles on it. It gets stronger every day have only done wot on it once .My hats off to all at JDM WOO HOOOOOO
Thank you to all that have responded with positive remarks. To answer the questions about boost and pulleys.
Iam running an 8lb lower with the 2.7 Magnum upper. I was showing 22lb peak boost before the "tune up" :-)))
Now after the "tune up" with the ported heads, Iam showing 18lbs peak boost. Lost 3 lbs of boost, but made up for it with a bunch hp and tq.
It really drives excellent, with street manners that remind me of when it was a stocker. I can honestly say in the past 500 miles, the stereo has been turned off. REALLY.......Just listening to the truck at idle, gives me wood
, and when you jump on it, that Magnum sounds sooooooooo friggin sweet.
Anyone that would like to hear a sound clip of the truck at idle and a short dyno pull, the kind folks @ Lightningrodder have posted the videos for all to see. The truck idling video is called "Rob's Worst Nightmare"
And the dyno pull is called, "Magnum on the Dyno" or something. They are in their video section.
Now that I have reached the 500 mile mark, the boost will be going up, along with the timing and fuel tables, and who knows where it will end up.
But bet on one thing............
Iam one very SATISIFIED CUSTOMER!
