What do you think ? opinions needed!!

Hello !

I ´m looking for a lower pulley and a programmer.

I found a kit called option "B"

at rpmoutlet.

http://www.rpmoutlet.com/lightning.htm

What do you think about this kit.

I will take a 4lb. lower pulley and

Predator ? Superchips ?`

Please think about our Autobahn - highspeed rides.

Thank you,

André

you'll also need sparkplugs

I'd stay away from RPMOUTLET....

If you are going to buy something, buy it from one of the supporting vendors. Not becuase they supprot this site, but because they have excellent customer service and you'll get the parts.

(just think of that Ebay Item you helped me out with, It took over 2 months for it to arrive! I don't want you to go through that)

I bought that same option "B" kit from rpmoutlet. When I got mine they only offered the Diablo Predator but I've been very happy with it. Some people say the pulley tune is a little aggressive but I haven't had any trouble with mine. I think as long as you stay between 12 and 14 pounds of boost and use good 93 octane gas it will be fine. The lower 4# Motoblue pulley I am using is a top quality piece and very easy to install. The only problem I had with the purchase from rpmoutlet was that they sent me the wrong blower belt. However that was a minor problem and you can't beat the price. Overall I have been very happy.

I agree with I-Menace,
The predator pulley tune is aggressive, you can get a custom tune through JLP or PSP and be much safer. I couldn't get better than 13.07 with the predator tune. I reached 12.98 on a JLP custom tune in the same hot air. With cool air I got a 12.76.
The tuner's can e-mail you a tune as you progress through the mod's too! I don't think rpm outlet offer's any of this support!
I also received the wrong belt from rpm!
Best of luck Andre04,
Bryan

andre, more than likely they will send you the wrong size blower belt, and then make you pay shipping to send it back and get the right one. just another way for them to squeeze more money out of you. If I were you I'd get a custom tuned predator from one of the supporting vendors along with a pulley/belt/colder plugs.

The "stock" predator pulley tune is aggressive,

ESPECIALLY if you are going to run FULL THROTTLE on the AUTOBAHN!

Und vergess nicht, wo du woehnst! The only time I ordered from them, I had a similar problem. Especially for you, go for service over price, you'll end up paying far more in the long run!

Hey Andre, have you seen the vidoe that someone had up of the lightning on the audobahn, going like 140 plus(mph) for like 2 minutes. If not, you should, cause it rocked.
