Bob, I'm going with aftermarket seats and brackets myself, but about the console brackets. Do you have part numbers and a source? Thanks. Nice job, by the way!

Gene -

I got them from my local ford dealer. I dont have the invoice here, its at work. I can post em tommorro for you.

Are still coming to Pcola? If so the housing market has gone insane since the hurricane ravaged everything. My house has increased in value nearly 30% since November of 2004. You can count on atleast $100.00 a sqaure foot for non waterfront property here now.

Yup, still coming, although there is just a slight chance we may go to Jville. I'm curious as to how the housing values have increased after being hurricane ravaged? Good for you though. And it just so happens, I am looking for some waterfront or golf course property. May have to settle it seems Anyway, I'll definately look you up once in the area, and would you please post the numbersonce you're able?! Thanks.

Looks Great Bob

I have one that I'm planning to install "someday". I did not get the floor brackets with it though - anybody got a spare set of those? I promise to post pics if ya hook me up!

Bob - was that console factory or did you paint it yourself?

Here is the info guys.

I got the console off ebay, you need to search every night to find a good one. I did not want to paint the thing so I waited for a gray one to pop up and I bought it with "buy it now"

Here is a link to the auction I won ---->

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7958717328

I paid $290.00 shipped for the console but it did not come with the brackets needed for installation. The brackets are VERY expensive as well as the other parts needed to complete the conversion. Here are the part numbers on the brackets, YOU MAY NOT NEED ALL OF THEM DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR CONSOLE COMES. CONSULT YOUR LOCAL FORD DEALER FOR ASSISTANCE.

PART#'s / LIST PRICE

F75Z-78045B32-AA $23.38
F75Z-78045B32-AB $47.45
F75Z-78045B34-AB $62.52
F75Z-78045B34-AA $62.52

All together I will have about $750.00 or so in the conversion with me doing all the labor except the actual cutting and sewing of the seat. The other thing to note about the install is that the holes in the floor are already there but they are not threaded so you have to use the existing seat bolts and drive them into the holes. The bolts are very hard will cut new threads into the holes. Then go to the hardware store and get some same size metric bolts to install the brakets into the foor.
