Looks good!! Now to find out what your boost levels are? What lower are you using 8# or 6#? And when are you dynoing that puppy?

Thanks Rich

8lb lower, 3lb upper
by the end of next weekend (weather permitting) I will be 100% done with everything,
(last missing piece it a new nitrous plate).

Got @300 miles on it now, hope to put a good 50 or more this week, and then it's all up to Sal
and how many miles he wants on it before we Dyno.

As much as I'm jumping out of my skin now, a few more miles before we throw everything at it,
could be worth it's weight in gold for longevity later. So as much as I'm in a rush to go play on the 1320,
I got to relax a little longer

"EGR" thingy

Rob, please let us know how this looks after a little while. I had a buddy that tried painting it with high heat paint, and it quickly rusted through. If it holds up, please post what you did for prep, and what product you used.

Thanks

I used por-15 www.por-15.com when I painted over mine that was rusty, (didn't sand it or anything) and that was 2 years ago. Still looks like the day I painted it.

If there is one thing I learned in doing body work is you get what you pay for.

Nothing is better than por-15, period!

3 Things........

1) Iam reporting you to the NY Motor Vehicle EGR "thingy" people

2) You got 15" of vacumn, so thats not your brake problem

3) Get all the boost you can, I don't want any excuses.........

Lord knows you will have them

That EGR valve will be rusted in 6 months again. The trick to appling hi heat paint is the less paint the better. There is already rust bleeding thru my header paint after 7months.

I used por-20 on mine last year and it still looks the same as when it was painted. Just painted right over it as it was.

por-20

Looks good Rob... After seeing the pics of your stock exhaust, I would never in a million years expect to see your engine bay looking this clean. I'm impressed.
