Seat protection

Is there any kind of leather protectant I can put on my suede seats to keep them looking like new?

The only leather on the seats is the black basketweave material in the center.

The seats are polyester microfiber. Treat them like a shirt, not a leather jacket. Scotchgard might work.

This is the only way to keep them looking new. The only thing is, nobody ever sees them. Of course, one of my friends has an L that he bought at the same time I did. His seats haven't been worth seeing for a while now. My covers look 10 times better.
