What happened to the KB -->Whipple trade up incentive

As the title says; there was talk a while back that there would be a trade up incentive for anyone currently owning a KB to switch to a Whipple.

Did that die with the hopes of a whipple being available, and less than the price of a KB?

My KB is in, I still haven't heard of anyone receiving a Whipple yet. Probably another 2 weeks and they'll be here!!

I would imagine that offer expired? Didn't you just get a KB?
