ToughTruck, Lightning/ Bracket rules?
Well, maybe I made it sound complicated...but Rulebooks are generally available at the track.
Racers are a good bunch and usually willing to help anyone in need..
Feel free to jump in and attend any FFW race and the trucks have their own pit area and a vendor on-site too!

Thanks for the help, I'm new to bracket racing and interested,

Actually, the last time I looked NMRA doesn't require membership in the truck class, but FFW does.
However there are bracket classes that you can run w/o joining.
Whatever you choose, just come to a race and hang-out...you can decide after you get in which class you want to run..or you can just watch.

I thought it would be a gentle drop of yellows?
That is called a "Pro Tree"... They are sometimes a .400 or .500 tree..
Usually if you are cutting a .200 light then you should go deep
Whic means roll in until both lights are on, then roll in just alittle further until the top light goes out, then be ready to go right away...also you must right the word DEEP next to your number and ET.
