Making a Custom Billet Grill

I decided to heat and bend my billet bolt and reccess it into the grill. Now I need to find a welder to clean things up and then off to the powdercoaters.

Either all black or polished face with black background. I need a aluminum welder to weld the gaps so I can then grind down the welds to be flush with the top of the bolt. This should be done in a yr since it takes me that long with projects.

Not gonna be flush, still want it to stick out alittle. Got tired or ripping good wax clothes on the point of the bolt sticking out.

You still want me to bring the press and bearings to the Old Town meet? I don't plan on staying all day this time.

I'm looking for a spare billet grill if anyone has one laying around. I have a billet ford logo to reccess next.

works for me, it looks like I will only be there for the daytime too...im not sure yet. Depends on if I can get sunday off or not... I was trying to make a 4 day vacation out of it...but I guess Im not meant to ever get a vacation...its been 2.5 years since my last 4 days off.

Are you thinking of doing it in the parking lot at the meet? or at the hotel lot?
