Also.. and I have no idea about this.... is your readings by chance not "smoothed" as much as some of these others? Sometimes on a data logging devise there are spikes all over the place and the software has smoothing features to show a more general curve. I donno... just a thought.

I run the Denso IT22s @ .036. Plugs look great! There a nice shade of tan, no deposits or signs of detonation. They have about 9,000 miles on them and 200 or so track passes on them.
I'm not going by the data logging feature as I do not have a laptop yet. I've simply noticed the WBC gauge going LEAN during or right after the shift..it's hard to tell.
I guess if it has not went BOOM yet it probally wont. I've had many runs and highway pulls in 30* to 40* weather. Sometimes I think too many gauges and logging tools can drive a "non tuner" overthink what may be wrong when in reality there is nothing wrong to begin with.
Maybe it simply lean out during the shift due to load on the motor get lighter. I'm sure there is a Load vs Rpm vs Fuel table or somthing like that in the PCM.
I wish some other WBC users and tuners would chime in and let me know what's going on. I'm losing sleep over this issue!!

I found a graph of a run i made in the 1/4. I think it is doing exactly what you are describing.

I also think its normal, but hopefully a tuner will chime in and confirm.

HOT D@MN!! That's what my ***** is doing!! WOOOO HOOOO!! I don't feel so stinking alone now. Thank you. Maybe we will both blow our engines now. J/K..I hope!!
When I look at your graph it does happen during the shift. It's starts @ highest rpm in each gear whitch is 5,3XX and ends @ the lowest rpm in the following gear 3,6XX rpm or so.

Hmmmm, that is strange. Hopefully, one of the big three tuners will chime in.

Don't loose any sleep! Thats perfectly normal..The load vaules are different between the shifts.Think about it, thats really exceptional considering how fast the ecu responds! maybe a few milli seconds and the AF's are right back where they should be.... JL
