New Dyno #s Think This Will Net A 10?

Went back to Street MotorSports this am; still spinning on the dyno; then we droped more air out of the tires; put 2 aod trannies and one eng block in the bed and got a smooth graph; this was at 22-23 max psi I think I should get my 10.XX now!

Definitely 10 second power. My truck dyno'd 613/713 and I've made several 10 second passes.

Thanks for the kind words; I have a new set of slicks, with 10 screws each tire; If I hook... I think I can do it!

You would have had it already, if you would lighten that pig up! You know you'll get it. Probably at our track rental on the 18th, if it will quit snowing.

Actually 30 inchers( over anything shorter ) will give you less gear and put less torque to work, which is how you want it!

It's a taller tire, how will that take less power to turn?

I didn't say that it would take less power to turn them!

It actually raises your effective gear ratio similar to starting off in a higher gear...Thus taking more power to turn!

You want to loose power/torque off the line with these trucks...We make soo much power so quickly that we overpower the trucks and loose traction.

A larger tire does many things...One of them is to take away alittle power off the launch.
