The Siver Bullet has 4" tips and fill up the opening nicely, so your 3.5" will be fine....room to spare

I have either 4 or 4 1/2's I will have to measure but it fits perfectly.
I used the shortest Stainless Magnaflow Slash cut tips, The only bitch I did have was adapting to stock size pipe I had to weld a insert into tip to make up to 2.5 pipe. You cannot see this though being it is on the inside.

I would go with the biggest tip that looks like it fits.
Every time I see tha Bassani it just looks like stainles stock tips that are to small in that big opening also I don't like how some set ups have the tips out to far, I known this is for the track so condensation doesn't drip in front of tires but just looks dumb to me and after a burn out there aint to much time to make condesation

Slick

I have the Magnaflow 4" outlet tips. I think they fill the cutout in the ground effect nicely. They have a 2.5" inlet that connects with the rest of the exhaust.
