Got my new Rotors & Pads !!

Got my new slotted and dimpled rotors in also. Great service from Richard at rotopros, got them from california in less than a week. Cost me $260 shipped for the 99 rotors, i think the 2001-up are a little more.
I can't wait to get them on. I also am going to put on some new Hawk HPS pads. The cheapest I found them were at raceshopper.com, not to cut our supporting vendors but you guys were more...
I plan on flushing the brake fluid, hopefully the fluid I got from pep boys will work fine. While i'm at it I am going to repaint my calipers and finally put in my clunk washers. I got a busy weekend ahead of me...

I also recently put on some badges. I wasnt very impressed with the quality of the decals. I followed the instructions perfectly and I still wasnt impressed with the overall fit. The edges do not perfectly seal. I'm sure with the first heavy rainfall, these suckers are ruined...

And I put the supercharged badge on finally, I love the look!

Looks great Killa, what kind of caliper paint did you use? Change out the brake fluid yet?

www.WebXtremes.com and they were $20.98 shipped

The front badge went on ok, not a perfect fit but I was satisfied. The rear one however did not go on as well. Maybe you can't install them when its cold? The front badge I did with the badge taken off and did it inside my house. The rear one I did outside, it was probably about 40 degrees out. The instructions said nothing about temperature, just not to do it in direct sunlight.
Maybe you will have better luck with them than i do. We'll see how they hold up to the weather also.

Its supposed to snow here again tomorrow

Are those the "Rotorpros" rotors??

By the way, that "supercharged" badge on your hood looks bad-***!

DX NumNutz: yes they are "rotorpros". The guy that sells them is Richard. And thanks, the badges were a cheap mod and i think they look great.

Blown5Pnt4: Looks awesome! How do you like them so far? and what pads did you go with?

Rich was nice enough to host a GB @ NHTOC for his rotors and IIRC, KB ZILLA jumped in on that one (curious if he let you have a set for the L at the regular HD set)?? if he did, you did save a bundle

LightninSVT,
Thanks. I am thinking of getting the FAST decals (blue & chrome) for my front & rear ovals plus a LIGHTNING overlay for the steering wheel oval (CF with chrome text)

Yeah, I also bought a set of Red "Ford" overlays. I wasnt sure which ones I wanted to put on until I saw them both. The Ford kit came with front and rear badges and a steering wheel badge. The 99 steering wheel doesnt have a plastic emblem on it, so I put it on my racing helmet

IF your talking about rotorpros, there are no links, or at least you can't order off the website. Just give Richard a call at the number on the webpage and he takes your order over the phone or gives you his paypal address.
