well i haven't posted in a while because my lightning has been getting some major body repair. anyways the truck looks great, added a few new things and got an all over paint job. Now to the c6 race i encountered yesterday. i pull up to a redlight on a nice open 4 lane. the brand new red c6 is at the light stopped when i pull up next to him. the guy looks over a little puzzled when i rev the silver bullet catback on him. well the light turns green and he nails it. i spun about 10ft and immediately go by him when i shift to second. i held him a full truck length to about 70 and we had to let out for traffic. at the next red light he rolls down his wifes window and yells " man what you got in that thing, i had my a/c on, i wasn't expecting you to jump on me like that" LMAO i said just a few bolt ons. well then we get on the interstate, and i say to my wife, he's prolly gonna get us around 80 or so. well to my suprise we hit it again together at 55mph, i pulled another truck length on him and held it to 135...we then had to let out again, and he just smiled and gave me a big thumbs up... sorry for the long post, but this was a pretty big deal for me considering it's the first time i've got to drive this thing since december..

Nice kill. Goes to show you anything can happen on the streets because on paper even a stock C6 will walk away from a chip, pulley filter L. Im surprised that since he was only one truck lengh back he did not walk away from you from 75mph on.
