the new 2.3L whipple

hey guys, i was wondering what the actual price is on the new whipple thats coming out for the lightning that everyone is so excited about. Ive seen some different prices in different places for some reason, im prolly just reading something wrong, anyways, what are you guys paying for these new whipples.
Also, would this whipple be too hard on a stock lightning motor, or would it handle the extra power alright?....Didn't whipple always have a 2.3L supercharger?...if so, whats the difference with this new one?
Also, would it be hard to install the new whipple on the L (since there is already the eaton setup there)
thanks guys

price? Over 3 grand
on a stock motor? 500 RWHP seems to be the killer on a stcok block. You should be able to keep it under that with moderate boost levels.
Install? Should be a breeze. No adpaters needed. Just unbolt the Eaton and slap the Whipple back on.

Pretty easy huh? Oh yeah, I forgot one thing... you need to actually have it in your hands to perform the install. Good luck with that one

From what I have heard the venders will be selling them just under 3 grand, about the same as the KB

The price on Whipples web page is the sugested retail price.

I just wish they would finalize the design, so we can see if the intake will be easilly removeable so we can get to the plugs.

Damn Don, what are you saying...........

Your KB is locking up? Making serious front bearing noise?

Yours MUST BE the first one to have these problems. Is this the first time your KB has caused problems?
