What to do built sb or kb

I bought the KB and will be building my short block less than 3 months later.

Built SB of course

All you need to do then is bolt a 10lb lower on it, (or 8+2upper)
and you got yourself a niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice Beast

Then you can turn arround and sell it 2 months later?
