Another tire question

My L is lowered 1.5" in the front and 3-3.5 in the rear. I have my 20" boyds here that i havent used in almost 6 months because the tires that i had on them were way to tall. My question is my wheels are 8" wide on front and 9.5 on the rears. What tire combo would fit my wheels and not buldge? I have had trouble finding a set of tires that fit the front and the rear and look good.

Yes i searched but didnt find my answer

maybe 275/40s up front and 295/40 out back? That 8" rim kind of limits what you can do and not make it look goofy?

315/35-20's out back

275/40-20 in front

This is the OEM tire combo on the BMW X5 4.6is

Michelin Diamaris and Continental 4x4 SportContact tires are available in these sizes. Both are classified as "street/sport truck" tires by tirerack.

A 315/35 will be too wide. Don't think you can mount something that wide and thin on that narrow of rim (9.5"). A 315 in a 45 or 50 series, maybe..

Might take a look at 245/45R20 up front and 295/40R20 in back. Eagle RS-A is available in both sizes and are cheap...not the best all out performance tire but they are priced good. This combination is certainly not best for handling, but should look very good.

The 295/40 is perfect for the back back; the 245 is a bit narrow up front...it would be best if you could find a 255/45R20 for the front, but that is an oddball size.

Ill check on those. price realling isnt an issue on the tires. I just want them to look right
