got a question. i have my truck tucked away in a tent. i start it up twice a week and after i shut it off theres a burning rubber smell from the engine compartment. i checked and i dont see any of the belts rubbing on anything. could it be that it is just not used enough

 

Look to see if anything is on your exhaust manifold, I'll bet something got on it when you put it away! Doubt your belt's would slip just starting it up.
