Any difference in perf. on 01s, 02, or 03s

Any difference in perf. on 01s, 02, or 03s
Is there any differences in the 3 years that I mentioned. The reason I ask is that when I had a Supra, the 94s had the best computer in them. What is the differences or changes in the years.
