Wheels for an 02

Hey all.

I'm considering replacing my stock 02 Lightning wheels with something else. I've only recently started to look into wheels and I know next to nothing about manufacturers, models, quality, sizing, tires etc...

My stock wheels are 18" and I'm not opposed to going to something larger. What are the concerns about weight of larger wheels?

I have a Roush suspension on my truck and I'd prefer to not do anything that would make the tire stick out further into the fender. It doesn't hit now, but I don't want to take the chance on doing something that would.

Just to give you some idea of what I am looking for, I think these Foose wheels would look pretty nice.

There's no number on Foose's web page and 3 emails have gone unanswered.

Please feel free to educate me here. I could really use it.

I'm a bit different than most of the guys on here. I like a large old school type of tire.
I went with some stock sized wheels (boyd Novas) and a 305 x 55 18" nitto 404.(1# heavier than stock) The deep dish does'nt look anywhere near stock. But it's exact to the factory wheels & I can rotate them to even out the wear over the miles.

IMHO, this is a pickup truck. And it ought to look like a pick up instead of a ricer wanna be. (a pic is on my web page)

You think the Heat wheels would make it look ricerish?

Where's the link to your web page?

If I were to get some Foose wheels I'd go with either the Spanks or Bavarias in 20x10. Also HRE645s are hot. Don't know if they're in your price range, but ShockTherapy used to have the HRE's and they looked amazing I also really like dealerjim's wheels. Not sure what they are, but they look awesome.
EDIT: couldn't find a pic of shock's truck but i stole this picture out of dealerjim's sig.

Those are nice looking and I took a look at the HREs.

I was looking for something that might take a little less maintenance. Look at the 645s, there appears to be like 100 little dimples or something all the way around the edge.

Wouldn't they be a pain to clean?

Foose has some nice rims...they won't look ricey...How many rice rockets you see with 20"+ rims on their hondas, acuras, etc.
