Polished and Painted Blowers

Hey guys, I know plenty of you have either completly polished or completly painted your blowers, but I'm thinking of doing them both combined and was wondering if any of you have done it.

My idea is to paint the blower case black to match the color of my truck, then polishing the snout and pulley along with painting the intake black...I also have a polished TB and Nitrous Plate.

Have any of you done something like this ??
Pics ??
You guys even think it would look good ??
Thanks in advance guys.

Josh

I run exactly what you have discribed. My MP blower has a bright silver painted case and a polished snout and ported and polished upper plenum.

You have to look at it good to tell the whole thing is not polished.

It's kinda tough 'cause I have a shaker hood so most of the time it's hidden. How's this:

I had posted a sort of "how I did it" on SVT Performance. Let me know if you have any questions. It would only make sense for others to learn from my mistakes.

OMG!! That's what I wanted to do, but it didn't make sense for me to spend the $ for polish and then hide it under the shaker.

I'm not worthy.

Nope. Apten polished and ported. Its Shocktherapy's old blower. Bought it from him a couple of weeks back.
