3 inch exhaust
The key to the system is a custom cross over under the torque converter which leads to the outside of the frame rails. The cats and mufflers are outside the frame rails which allows the removal of over 25lbs of redundant shielding and hardware. The sensors are located at the same distance as on the stock system so all the sensors are fully functional. This is a very expensive totally custom built system. I have had so many request to duplicate it that I am looking into the cost of building 10 at a time using mine as a template. This would significantly bring the price down. If everything works out and the response is good, I would become a vendor on this site.
Let's see what happens.

I thought JLP was designing or selling a 3" exhaust system.
ALso, why would you want the cutouts BEFORE the Cats, more importantly the O2's?
You'd have to have the rear O2's turned off OR MIL eliminators in the rear.
If you ahve the cutouts before the Front O2's, your truck may not run right, since the PCM uses the MAf and O2's to determine the a/f ratio.
