Smile New to Forum

Whats up everyone this is Kyle from Ft. Worth TX finally got my L last April and loving it! Thought id finally introduce myself while im nice and buzzed. No pics of her yet to post but its still mainly stock ( shackles, exhaust, tint) Ive just been reading all the posts getting ideas on what i should do. Any suggestions would be a great help. Not much else to say so take care.

what's up fellow Texan! i would go with the new SCT tuning stuff that replaced the 9100. sal from psp i know sells it. that and a 4 or 5 pound pulley and u ought to be golden. and some traction bars. welcome to the forum.

big svt what color is your truck i use to live in college station and almost started a lightning club there i had 7 lightning ready to get in ut till i moved to waco. doh!!!!! i lived there a year ago i have a silver lightning sorry for stealing the thread

hey macracer18, unfortunately i don't actually own a L yet. last year i had 2 good friends w/ L's though. a black 00 and red 02 (svtPete). later

Welcome and enjoy! The wish list of mods depends on what you have planned for your truck, but regardless you can't go wrong with a filter kit. If drag racing is your flavor, then HP goodies (chip, pulley, etc.) and traction bars / slicks are the way to go. If its a cruiser than big wheels and lowered may be your choice. And if road racing is your passions (I'm hooked), then you need brakes, brakes, brakes, and........ brakes.
