Fun trip to the track yesterday...
I ran a 13.44 with ~700 miles on the clock-definitely needs some break in time. JLP kit only.
As for the other cars I saw there that were ridiculous...
AMG E55: My dream car, ran a 11.78 @ 118. Kleeman upgrades: Pulley, headers/exhaust, Computer upgrades, drag radials-this thing was nuts. I just cant imagine pulling 118 trap speeds in a plush leather and wood grain Benz. The guy said it ran a 12.3 bone stock!
Early 80's Chevy box van running 12.60's. This thing was GROSS-filthy with stickers all over it. Embarrassed a C-5 so bad, the guy just left.
Of all the Evo's, STi's and SRT-4's that I hear so much about, not one of them could get out of the 14's. This was the best weather we will have all year probably.
