Gauge Cluster still acting up?!?!

I posted a few weeks back about the gauge cluster to no avail. The gauges take at least a full 5 seconds, sometimes 7+, to turn on after the truck is started.

I tested the battery, and thats fine.

I'm confused. I'm not used to things being weird like that. I'm used to things breaking, and simpley replacing them.

Any suggestions?

As reluctant as I have been to post on this forum again, I have to offer some help here. I have a complete 1999 cluster and a 1999 ECU sitting on a shelf. I know the cluster works properly and they are not hard to swap, so e-mail me and I'll send them to you to try. That way you'll know if it is the cluster, the ECU or the wiring in between.
