14 mm end links (racheting box-end best), unknown clamp bolt size.

1. Remove end links.
2. Remove bar.

Enjoy a 1/2 of 1% weight reduction.

imo- is it really worth taking off that stuff? I can see a tail gate maybe (mine is always on) since it's pretty simple, just gives a chance to scratch it up on the edges when removing/re-installing.

What about for a chance at better weight transfer just removing the sway bar end links on the front (big tie wraps to hold up)? Wonder if that would be worth anything, or is it still more trouble than it's worth?

The bar weighs about 25 lbs?

I know on my old 5.0 Mustang, I would pull the bar (or simple unbolt the end-links and tie wrap them) not for weight reduction, but for easier front suspension droop to allow better transfer to the rear tires.

I would imagine the same effect hear, but I'm sure it would be greatly enhanced with 58" lift bar style traction bars.

All this also assumes 1/4 track 60' time reduction being the target.
