Sure looks like it. That focker just keeps going and going. It amazes me that Ebay sits back and allows this kind of garbage to go on. I suppose it's all good, as long as they get their fees.

notice how he does'nt include the only and picture he has of a kenny bell. And he made it a private auction (or whatever) so you can not inform a bidder of the possible scam.
What a bass-tard scammer he is.
