i keep breaking traction bar bracket bolts. The pass side front bracket bottom front bolt. I'll replace it then a few weeks later i'll look under and it's gone again.

I bent my JJ Stainless steel traction bars the ' Old Fashion' way...POWER

 

And I guess you are not going to include a hydraulic lift in your category of power.....

 

Stainless Steel? No wonder you bent it. Stainless is weak!

If you do decide to bend it straight, just check the welds at the ends and make sure there aren't any cracks in the welds or paint. You should be good to go.
