I have a 2001 F-150 Supercab, recently i have noticed that there is a strong vibration when I turn the Steering wheel. This only happens at low speeds (less than ten miles per hour). It is also more prominent in reverse.....

Has anybody else experienced this?

 

My p/s pump hums/slightly vibrates at about 10mph or less and the fluid level is good.
