Coil Pack Bolts, where can I get them?

can I just get them off the shelf somewhere, or only at the dealer?

I'm going to do my first plug change soon, and I lost my daily driver in an accident, so just in case, I want some extra bolts along w/ a telescopic magnet.

i bought some at ford. and i also bought some at a local auto parts store. it was not the same bolt but the same thread so it worked just fine.

If u go to an autopart store just pull one out and bring it with you. they usually have a chart they can screw it into to make sure it is the same size.

Cool

Get the replacement bolts from madferraristi and you will be very happy.

You won't have to worry about dropping them on the install either...

madferraristi??

is that madenterprise.com?

I was looking at those and thinking about getting them, but there kinda pricey.

I've searched for reviews w/ no luck. Do those w/ first hand experience think there worth it? I have to weigh the value of most mods near or more than $100 b/c I can only spend so much on the truck each month.

This month is spark plug and FTVB month! I'm excited!

definately worth it

they are definately worth it. i finally put on mine, and i almost can't wait to change the plugs again. my friend who was helping me accidently put the coil pack boot on backwards on the rear driver's side plug. i had it of and switched in 5 minutes. definately worth the money. especially on those rear ones!

Another vote for madenterprise, com bolt set. It makes spark plug changes just another job instead of a dreaded experience.

I just noticed he upped the price on them. I was on his site about a month ago and they were like $63 and now they're 80 bucks. Not trying to down him (because it's a great idea) but my god, it's 8 bolts. One could probably replicate that set-up for less than $10 at the local fastener shop.
