Do you have a upper pulley and pulley puller from RPM Outlet?

I want to buy a stock size(2.93")polished upper($75) and puller($89) and was wondering if anyone has bought these from rpm outlet and what you thought? The upper looks nice and would go well with my Metco idlers and Ruslow underdrives. The puller looks like thats the type of one you want to use for scratch free removal. Price is pretty nice also. What do you all think?

IMO, Do the Airborne shuffle over to Lightning Force Performance or Chickenears. RPM is a terrible vendor to do business with, they have fuc#ed over some of the members here by many diffrent methods. Do a search!

Stomp your left and drag your right, boots cost money my way to someone else huh? I have seen other posts on some bad mojo dealing with them but was not sure if i should be that "skeered". Its a shame because they have decent prices on some of there stuff. I will do a little survalliance on some other vendors for the stock upper and puller. Thanks, AirborneRacer out.

i think as long as you dont get a belt with the pulley you'll be fine. they are notorious for sending out the correct pulley but incorrect belt, and charging you extra to get the right one.

Well luckily the belt is not needed since I am wanting to stick with the stock size upper I just want the silver finish to match the idler and underdrive pulleys. I have not seen any other uppers i like as much. I mean can that and a pulley pully be to hard to accomplish? I may have to roll the dice and see how it goes.

Ive ordered from RPM outlet a few times in the last year w/o any problems and had fast shipping.

Ive had my L less than a year, so maybe I just got lucky or they cleaned up their act.

Just sharing my experiences.

RPM outlet got me good. My @ss still hurts. They send 1 out of 4 parts ordered and then after I cancel the order, they send my money back 2 months later, minus a $90.00 cancellation fee for cancelling an order they **** up. They are to be avoided BIG TIME! People told me the same thing before I used them but I chose to anyway and got screwed. F-U RPM OUTLET!

Cool

So far I've ordered 3 times from RPM Outlet and all 3 times the order was handled right. Plus, they send a free T-Shirt with each order.

I bought my gauge pod and Autometer Lunar gauges from them for my 1st purchase. No problems.

Recently, I ordered a Magnaflow cat-back. Got it for $436 delivered. Got it in 3 days, no problem.

Art-Man has ordered from them a few times as well and he has not had any problems either.

Not saying they don't have issues, but so far they are 100% for myself and a few others I know.

Whenever I can order from our supporting vendors, I do. I will not, however, pay an "unreasonable" mark-up or buy a product to substitute for what I really want...

I've patronized Sal, Johnny and Tim and will continue to do so in the future... As a matter of fact, I am waiting on my rear end cover from Johnny Lightning right now. Where is it, Johnny ??

I am glad that you were one of the customers that RPM Outlet has managed to satisfy. It seems as if they manage to satisfy about half of their customers. I am sure that your good feelings for them will disappear as soon as you need to return a part, wait for a credit, cancel an order, or wait for the proper part to be shipped in case you get a wrong part. They have way too much fine print for such a large company and if you read your invoices you'll see what I am talking about. As soon as they recieve the money from your charge card, they run like thieves and end all responsibility for the parts they sell and to make sure that you're a happy customer. I would never think of doing business with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. I just know that it's only a matter of time before you no longer see their large ads in magazines and I can't wait for that day. After all, you can't stay in business by satisfying just half of your customers.
