60# injectors are shorter than the rest?

I got some Siemens (Deka) Fuel Injectors in 60's well; they looked shorter than the 50's I was pulling out. So, I measured them, and from center of o-ring to center of o-ring the 60's are 2mm's shorter than the 50's

Is this how they all are?

Does it cause any installation problems?

I ordered the 60# also and they should be here this week. Thanks for the hook-up

I don't think it will bother factory rails, but the aftermarket rails I was trying to use just wasn't working out Buy the time I tried to lower the rail so it didn't leak at the injector then I ran out of room due to the coil packs(even trimmed the raised lip off the coil packs)

Glad I could point you in the right direction on the injectors

The only difference I've noticed is they are skinnier than the 55's I was using but they were the same height.

Here are the 60's.

Here are the 55's.

Hum; anybody happen to have a set of 55's or 60's they could measure from center of o-ring to center of o-ring for me? MM's would be best. I'll measure and write down what mine are.

Here's a pic of one of my 55's. It's 2.5" from o-ring to o-ring. Unfortunately the 60's are in the truck or I'd measure one of those too. Hope this helps.

I don't have the different sizes off hand, but I would say that if a 2mm length difference is going to be an issue, I sure wouldn't be using whatever aftermarket rails you have. Just my 2 cents.
