Mobil 1

I am running 0w-30 Amsoil right now. Will it be fine if I switch to Mobil 1 Synthetic 5w20?

Why? You don't think Amsoil is better than Mobil 1?

One thing people overlook with running a oil for extended periods is the amount of debris suspended in it. Sure maybe the premium oil will hold it's quality for a great length of time. But the filter only captures so much.

I personally use 10w-30 mobil 1 and the oil NEVER gets past slightly brown.

The M1 0W20 is what meets Ford's 5W20 153 spec. You will be fine with M1 0W20 or M1 5W30. The cheapest, most applicable way to use the correct weight and obtain the 153 spec is to buy the Motorcraft Semi-Synthetic 5W20 at Wally World for $1.52 per quart.

Just remember guys you can also go to Pep Boys and buy the M.A.D.D. cool cars calender for 1.00 which has a coupon in it for buy 3 quarts of Mobil 1 and get 3 quarts FREE... I think it cost me about 14 bucks for 6 quarts... 14 divided by 6= 2.33...not a bad price and the coupons are good until 12/05...
