whats verdict on C+L plenum

i have a C+L and had it almost since it came out... I plan to paint my SC black and polish the ribs on it and thought that the stock plenum would look better with it because I could also do a black/polished look with it... the C+L doesnt have any ribs or anything to polish so it would have to be solid black or solid polished....

anyway, im wondering about the power and airflow... i know they said when it came out it added like 15hp... but I installed mine at same time as a few other things so its hard for me to tell....

so should I keep my C+L or go with stock? Another reason Id like to go back to stock is my C+L rubs on my hood a little with the phenolic spacer....

My c&l rubs my hood also with the spacer. Oh well i guess. Its so cold out its hard to really tell improvements, but comparing to stock its gotta do nothing but help. Derek

I took the spot on the hood liner where the C & L rubs, and just drilled an elongated slot in the hood liner about a half inch wide. Doesn't seem to rub there anymore.

Hopefullly either today or tomorrow I will dyno my truck with the C&L off of the truck. I've dynoed with it and made 401/530 and now that my stock one is back on I'm curious to dyno it again. I took the C&L off to get it polished so I can add some bling under the hood

I'll post up the results when I get them.
