screw owner with 4x4 thinking of putting proxes on. Anyone have info on how they handle in the snow?

Thanks,

I wouldn't advise them for snow as they are meant for dry and wet traction. I had them on my Navigator and although I was able to get around in light snow, I avoided driving it whenever possible. You're better off with a taller and narrower tire with larger tread cleats for driving in the snow.

I had them and they are better than the F1s of course but
Bridgestone Revo (255/70/16) on some chrome rims seem to the a better setup.
I use the 255 since we have more bare pavement than heavy snow here.
