97 Fuel rails

Ok, How are they built different from the normal L fuel rails so that it makes installing an adjuster easy? Anyone have pictures of them?

Cool

HI!... "97"-"98" stock F-150 fuel ralls have a BOLT-ON non adjustable FPR. The "99" and up ones have a non adjustable FPR incorperated right into the fuel rail itself. I swapped out my "99" fuel rail for one off a "98" 5.4. Then I simply bolted on a AEROMOTIVE billet adjustable FPR.

I got a look at some 97 4.6 rails today, and the mounting tabs were way high. So, you would have to get the 98 5.4 rails.

I really think if I am going to upgrade rails might was well go with something bigger.
