??? Ceramic Coated Stainless Long Tubes ???

Does anybody sell ceramic coated stainless long tubes? I believe that the Kooks and Dynatechs are stainless, but not ceramic coated. The ones sold by LFP are ceramic coated, but I don't think they are stainless. If I'm going to get long tubes, I want to do it right the first time around. Any help would be appreciated.

Why would u want to ceramic coat stainless? They hold the heat well from what i've been told.I dont think they rust if they're stainless.I've got the dynatechs uncoated, they work great and rust free.

Cool

HI!... I have a set of KOOKS S/S LT headers on my N/A 5.4. I had a local shop here CERAMIC COAT them. After driving hard for about an hour it only take 15 minutes after shut down to be able to touch them with your hands.

I agree....coat'em...the difference in under hood heat is dramatic.
I had the 2000* Titanium coat put on my SS headers.

I believe JDM and maybe others offer them with a jet hot coating or ceramic, or something similar. Try calling them. I agree, go coated!

Coated is definitely nicer. It keeps more of the heat in the exhaust, which lowers the underhood temps, and increases exhaust scavenging.
