My truck's due for VA state emission's inspection. I have a custom SCT tune and was wondering if this will effect my inspection. Can I keep my current program on there (cold weather) or should I put the stock one back on?

You will pass fine on either tune. There is nothing in the program that will cause you to fail an emissions test.
