Question about the Powerslots I just got

Kind of curious on a couple things. I got a set of Powerslots and I was wondering did any of you guys that have them get any where the rotor almost looked white from the coating they put on there? I had to get the fronts exchanged becuase the first set I got the plating was rupped off around the hat/hub area whatever its called.

Well the two I just got one is silver(does not even really look coated). And the other was white looking. I tried to clean it off to see if it was a temp thing but nope. Is there something that will clean it off or am I going to have to get on somebodys *** again since I got charged for the replacements from the get go and I am still waiting on my first set I sent back refund.

Last question which Im most curious about. My/our stock rear rotors is just one solid piece but the PS ones for the rear have the cooling channels or what not that(dont know proper name) runs all the way around the outside in the middle.
Our stock fronts are thicker with the open channels running around the outside but my PS fronts are one solid piece and id does not seem like the hat or lug aree is as thick as the ones on there now?
Whats up with that? Yes I know the differance between the front and rear rotors but is there a reason the PS ones are designed opposite from our stock ones?

Here are the rotor number salso just to make sure they jive with what you may have. Thanks for any help.

Frontss:
8759PSL
8759PSR
Rear:
8763PSL
8763PSR

Just want to be straight before I go to get them put on.
Thanks guys.
