FRPP/Groundforce lowering kit users in here!!

I have read in some older posts that this kit may have caused the L's to sit unevenly. I dont do any road racing, so I cant justify buying the Hotchkis TVS or Roush kits (althought they do look/handle awesome according to previous posts) for upwards of ~$800-$900+ installation.

Questions:
1. Do these kits (newer/recently purchased) still have issues with uneven stance when installed?
2. Do these kits sacrifice lauch characteristics at the drag strip?
3. Will these kits interfere with aftermarket traction bars?

Thanks in advance for your input.

I've noticed that the passenger's side front has just a little more wheel gap than the driver's side does. I don't think that it has anything to do with this kit though because it isn't something that can be seen from the front and my friend's truck has the same thing and he uses BellTech springs. I love my Ground Force kit. The truck rides almost as well as stock.

1)NO
2)NO
3)Yes, depending on year of truck i guess, and brand of traction bars/brand of exhaust. My 99 has clearance issues with the FRPP, LFP bars, and Bassani

My '99 set even before the installation, and was way off after they were installed. I tried them in a few different positions (rotationally), and that didn't help much. FRPP/Groundforce sent me a new set that still were the same way.
My 2002 set evenly before I installed BellTech 4804 coils, and is still even sfter the install. I would highly recommend those for front springs. With the front coils, and the sway bar removed, I still get great weight transfer and the traction bars do what they are supposed to. 1.7X 60's are still attainable... maybe even more.

No problem with my truck. My rear is low and with some kits yes you are going to have problems with tracion bars.

I have Bassani, which come with ball flange connections; which allow adjustability. I have LFP bars and rear shackles with about three inches of play

I have two L's now with the GF kit on them and I love it. No problems what so ever with them as long as you do the clunk washer cam bolts and get an alignment it will be fine.

Here is a good shot of my 03 with the GF kit and 01 leafs.

very cool, I appreciate the responses-very good looking trucks by the way. Bob, where did you get the 01 leafs? I suppose I can order them through any Ford parts counter...
