Mine was replaced under warrenty (2months old) IMO unless your up for expermenting, get a new one
How about removing the bulb, turning the headlight face up to drain some of the moisture and then leaving it face down in a warm place for a couple hours while it dries out? They are not sealed units. They can leak where the bulb seats into the headlight. You can actually rinse them out if you want.......
I baked my taillights in the oven for 45 minutes on its lowest setting (mine was 170*) and it got rid of all the condensation and i havent had a problem since.. the plastic didnt warp or discolor.. but use precaution.. i checked every 10 minutes
