Oil ?

I have around 20,000 miles on my '02' Lightning. I have used the OEM Ford oil so far. I use Mobil 1 in my Cobra, my question is, would that be o.k to go with or is there something better out there for our trucks? I also thought about Royal Purple, where would the best place to get it be? Also, what about the oil filter? I use a K&N on the Cobra, so should I go with that on the Lightning? Is the Napa Gold filter any good?Thank's for any suggestions and opinions.

With the Royal Purple do you use the multi-grade motor oil or heavy duty? And would it be best to go with the same SAE# as Ford calls for with the OEM oil? What oil filter do you guy's use. The guy that does my oil changes his garage uses all Napa stuff. He says the Napa Gold filter is a good one, has anyone used this filter?
