noise when I turn the motor off?

I have a funny noise when I turn the engine off. It sounds like the ds is still spinnning then stopping or might it be something motor wise with the crankshaft?
I need your guys' help
Thanks,
Simon

The only spinning I can think of would be a bad clutch fan?

it sounds like it is coming from the bottom of the motor. could my oil have dirt or something in it and cause a noise like that?

Can you have someone shut the truck off while your under the hood? That "might help" in locating the source of the noise.

Can't see how dirty oil would produce any type of noise your describing. Now a tapping noise while the motor is running would be a different story.

As BDAZSVT mentioned, the clutch fan would probably be the likely source of the noise.

I am going to have someone turn the motor off while I have the hood open to see if I can hear where it is coming from. someone on nloc said it might be the intercooler pump, does that sound right?
