Talking Kenwood Music Keg

Hey guys,

I just picked up one of the Kenwood music kegs for Christmas. It holds 10 GB worth or songs and hooks up to a Kenwood head unit for those of you that don't know. Has anyone installed one yet and have any reviews? Likes or dislikes? I'll get some pictures up and tell you all about it once its in.

Jon

I've been thinking about getting one for a long time. I've only heard good things about them...

I have one. I have the DDX7015 double-din DVD headunit and the KHD-C710 Hard drive. I really like this thing. there are up to 80 gig cartridges available through Phatnoise.com

are there any drawbacks to this thing? I would really like to get one, but I don't think that my Kenwood MP3 headunit would work with it cuz I can't remember if it had changer controls...I think I just figured out the drawback...

well, I looked into these kenwood and its okay unit.........
but if you want to spend a little more for a better unit
you might want to look at the Eclipse AVX line for theres
it has a 20 GB and will record AM/FM station at a touch of a button
you can even record the song during the song its playing and the unit will record that song from the beginning of that song you want.......pretty cool........
